Gunsmithing Warranty Policy:

​

All Gunsminting work performed by Good Guys Guns NJ is guaranteed for the expected life of the component to the original owner only.  This extends to the labor and any installed  parts/components that fail due to workmanship by Good Guys Guns NJ.  This warranty is not applicable to any 3rd party components that fail due to manufacturing defect by the 3rd party or through unsafe use of the firearm.  

 

If repairs are needed the labor will be free of charge along with any shipping costs associated.  Good Guys Guns NJ is not responsible for any additional fees (including, byut not limited to, transfer fees, background check fees, etc.).

Return / Refund Policy:

​

All firearm sales are final.  All gunsmithing work is final once the owner resumes possession of the firearm / component.  In such a situation where an adequate resolution to an issue with gunsmithing work cannot be reached, store credit MAY be provided at the sole discretion of Good Guys Guns NJ.

 

Returns on any uninstalled and new/in-box products (except for whole firearms) sold by Good Guys Guns NJ will be honored for 30 days from the initial date of purchase.   Refunds will be provided to the original method of purchase.  If this is not possible, a store credit will be provided.
